18th IEEE International Conference on Software Testing, Verification and Validation (ICST), 2025 edition.
For a whole week, Naples was the international hub of software research, hosting the 18th edition of the IEEE International Conference on Software Testing, Verification, and Validation (ICST 2025). The event took place at the Conference Center of the University of Naples Federico II on Via Partenope, with a record attendance of nearly 300 people from both academia and industry.
The conference, organized with the support of the University of Naples Federico II, represents one of the world's leading events for researchers, engineers, professionals, and industry experts, who discussed the latest developments in software testing, verification, and validation.
The 2025 edition of ICST, led by General Chairs Anna Rita Fasolino, Full Professor of Software Engineering at Federico II University, and Sebastiano Panichella, Senior Researcher in Computer Science at the University of Bern, stood out for its particularly rich and diverse program, which included:
